Keepro
A B2B blockchain certification SaaS built for non-technical teams. Its dual-layer architecture provides direct access to cryptographic proofs without cluttering the primary interface.
Context
Making blockchain proof accessible
The platform generates cryptographic hashes for files to immutably prove their existence and integrity.
The main design challenge was making this technical anchoring seamless for business teams (legal, HR, compliance) who regularly upload and verify sensitive documents.

Problem
The blockchain, reliable but unreadable
Raw cryptographic data remains indecipherable for business teams, even though it is essential for technical roles.
The challenge was handling this asymmetry: how to confirm file integrity for a non-technical user without obscuring or altering the raw proof required by developers?
Solution
Translating the technical into business language
The solution structures this dual perspective around four core workflows: management via the dashboard, traceability through history, action through deposits, and clarity via verification.
This approach prioritizes information to display the essentials upfront while making technical data accessible on demand. Interface statuses are named to answer a concrete user question rather than describe a system state.
Decisions
Guiding the business focus
Every display choice was driven by a strict information hierarchy. The experience relies on three major trade-offs, designed to guide the business user’s gaze without ever cluttering the interface.
Hiding the complexity
Cryptographic data is removed from the primary view. The interface focuses on a single question: was the deposit successful?
Batching by group and workspace
Multiple files deposited together form a single entry in the history. Workspaces then segment them by business context.
Two levels of detail
Business teams follow the primary flow. Technical profiles access raw data via a drawer, without cluttering the view.
Dashboard
Simplifying data visualization
The dashboard centralizes volume metrics and flow statuses to immediately isolate certification anomalies. Designed for operational management rather than mere consultation, this space highlights urgent actions and anchoring failures. The interface protects the user from cognitive overload while keeping the full history available at the second level of detail.

Deposits
Clarifying deposit tracking

User flows
Streamlining key flows

Securing certification submissions
The deposit flow processes multiple files simultaneously. The interface displays a real-time wait time estimation and generates a pre-filled support ticket if a blockage occurs.

Making verification instant
This flow simplifies access to blockchain data. The application instantly analyzes the document to deliver a clear visual status, allowing users to verify its authenticity at a glance without dealing with technical complexity.
Impact
Optimizing operational efficiency
By eliminating friction from raw technical data, the interface removes historical time loss in certification. Information adapts to the user’s role to deliver the exact level of detail required, ensuring complete autonomy for both business teams and developers.
Business teams
No need to ask an expert to validate a deposit. Statuses are clear without blockchain knowledge, progress displays in real time, and support remains directly accessible in the interface.
Technical teams
No need to hunt for a hash: everything is centralized within the deposit details. The CSV export covers audit needs, boosting user autonomy to drastically reduce tickets.
